摘要
目的:观察头孢硫脒和头孢他啶治疗小儿呼吸道感染的疗效。方法:将94例呼吸道感染患儿随机分为试验组48例和对照组46例,比较头孢硫脒和头孢他啶治疗小儿呼吸道感染的临床疗效。结果:试验组和对照组的临床总有效率分别为 89．6％和89．1％,细菌清除率分别为85．4％和86．8％,两组无统计学差异(P>0．05)。结论:头孢硫脒是一种治疗小儿呼吸道感染安全有效的药物。
Objective： To study the clinical efficacy of cephathiamidine and ceftazidime on treatment of children with respiratory tract infection. Method： In a randomized clinical trial, the efficacy of cephathiamidine in 48 children of treatment group and 46 children of controlled group was compared. Result： The total efficiency rate and the bacteria clearance rate were non-statistical diffrence in two groups（89.6% vs 89.1% ; 85, 4% vs 86.8% ）. Conclusion： Cephathiamidine is a safe and effective drug in treatment on children with respiratory tract infection.
