摘要
目的 建立苯酚胶浆诱导的大鼠慢性盆腔炎模型。方法将25%的苯酚胶浆0.04mL缓慢注入雌性SD大鼠左侧子宫,于术后1、2、3周采用HE染色法观察盆腔内子宫、输卵管、卵巢的病理变化,并用Elisa法检测血清中IL-2、IL-6的表达水平。结果与假手术组比较,苯酚胶浆可引起雌性大鼠子宫、输卵管、卵巢组织损伤,表现为子宫宫腔、输卵管的管腔扩张、腔壁损伤、上皮细胞变性坏死,且随着时间的延长而加重;子宫、输卵管、卵巢的炎性细胞浸润,在第2周时最为严重。术后2周和3周时血清IL-2浓度显著降低,术后3周时IL-6浓度显著升高(P<0.05)。结论苯酚胶浆注入子宫后,可诱导雌性大鼠出现慢性盆腔炎的病理损伤及免疫反应异常等临床表现。
Objective To establish the chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(CPID)model in rat induced by phenol mucilage.Methods25%Phenol mucilage(0.04mL)was slowly injected into left uterus of female SD rat.The pathological changes of uterus、fallopian tube and ovary were observed by HE staining and the expression of IL-2and IL-6in serum were measured by Elisa method at1st week,2nd week and3rd week after injection.Results Compared with prosthetic operation group,phenol mucilage could induce the significant pathological changes in uterus、fallopian tube and ovary,such as,dilatation of uterus cavity and fallopian tube lumen,damage of cavity wall,degeneration and necrosis of epithelial cell,which were severe with time;chronic inflammation cell infiltration in uterus、fallopian tube and ovary,which was the most serious at the2nd week after injection.The serum IL-2concentration was significantly decreased in the2nd week after phenol mucilage injection,but the serum IL-6concentration significantly increased in the3rd week after phenol mucilage injection(P<0.05).Conclusion Phenol mucilage injected into uterus could induce the pathological changes and abnormal immune responses which are similar to the clinical performance of CPID.
