摘要
目的探讨盆宁颗粒的免疫调节作用机理。方法建立混和菌感染引起的大鼠盆腔炎模型,观察盆宁颗粒不同剂量组对盆腔炎模型大鼠血清白细胞介素2(IL-2)、可溶性白细胞介素2受体(SIL-2R)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)以及免疫球蛋白IgM、IgG、IgA含量的影响,并与庆大霉素和康妇消炎栓作对照。结果与盆腔炎模型组相比,其他各组均能明显提高IL-2、IgM、IgG、IgA水平,降低SIL-2R、IL-6和TNF-α水平(P<0.05或P<0.01);尤其是盆宁颗粒高剂量组作用优于庆大霉素组和康妇消炎栓组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盆宁颗粒能够改善盆腔炎模型大鼠体液免疫功能,这可能是其治疗盆腔炎作用机理之一。
Objective To study the mechanisms of immunoregulation of Penning Granule (Granules for pelvic inflammation). Methods The model rats of pelvic inflammation (PI) caused by mixed bacteria were established to observe the influence of different dosages of Penning Granule on serum interleukin 2 (IL-2), soluble interleukin 2 receptor (SIL-2R), interleukin 6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor a (TNF-α), and levels of immunoglobulin IgM, IgG, and IgA, the result of which was compared with those of Gen- tamiein and Kangfu Xiaoyan Shuan (Rectal suppository for women with PI). Results Compared with the model group, the levels of IL-2, IgM, IgG, and IgA of all other groups were increased and SIL-2R, IL-6 and TNF-α decreased (P〈0. 05 or P〈0.01). The effect of high dosage group was better than those of the two control groups (Gentamicin and Kangfu Xiaoyan Shuan) with a significant difference (P〈0. 05) and close to the blank control group (P〉0.05). Conclusion Penning Granule can significantly improve the humoral immunologic function of pelvic inflammation rats. This is maybe one of its functional mechanisms in treatment of PI.
