摘要
运动营养学是高校体育院系社会体育指导与管理专业的重要专业必修课程之一,改进教学方法、让学生积极参与教学过程是一线教师提高教学效果的必经之路。因此,在运动营养学教学中引入了角色转换教学法。实验表明师生角色转换教学法能有效调动学生的学习兴趣和主观能动性,增强学生相互之间的沟通和协作能力,提高总体教学质量。该教学方法比传统的课堂授课方法的教学效果好,学生的学习积极性、学习成绩以及综合素质均得到显著提高。本研究对比了师生角色转换教学法与传统教学法的优劣,并对今后在教学过程中需要改进的问题做了相关的阐述,以期为该教学方法的推广和应用提供实践参考。
Sports nutriology is one of the important specialized required courses of department professional social sports guidance and management in the university of sports.Improving teaching methods,making students to actively participate in theprocess of classroom teaching is the only way to improve the teaching effect.Therefore,the roles reversal teaching method wasused in the teaching of sports nutriology in this study.In this study we found that the roles reversal teaching method betweenteachers and students can effectively arouse learning interest and subjective initiative,enhance students of collaboration andcommunication between each other,improve the teaching quality of students.So,we found that this teaching method is betterthan traditional classroom teaching method on teaching effects,learning motivation of students and comprehensive quality.Inthis study we compared the advantage and disadvantage of roles reversal teaching method and traditional teaching methods,andat the same time,we made the correlative analysis of the problems which need to be further improved in the future,hoping toprovide a reference for the promotion and application of this teaching method.
