摘要
目的:观察类合谷刺法结合温针灸治疗原发性三叉神经痛的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组采用类合谷刺法结合温针灸,对照组给予普通直刺结合温针灸,2个疗程后(6天为1个疗程,中间停1天)观察两组患者的疗效。结果:60例患者中,治疗组治愈4例,显效17例,有效7例,无效2例,总有效率为93%;对照组治愈2例,显效10例,有效8例,无效10例,总有效率为67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:类合谷刺法结合温针灸治疗原发性三叉神经痛有较好的临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of analogous triple-directional needling with needle-warming moxibustion for primary trigeminal neuralgia.Methods:A total of60patient were randomly divided into the observation group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).The observation group was given analogous triple-directional needling with needle-warming moxibustion,and the control group was treated with common acupuncture with needle-warming moxibustion.The curative effects were analyzed after two courses of treatment(six days was one course,with an interval of one day between the courses).Results:There were4healed cases,17excellent cases,7effective cases,and2invalid cases in the observation group,with a total effective rate of93%;whereas,in the control group,there was2healed cases,10excellent cases,8effective cases,and10invalid cases,with a total effective rate of67%;the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Analogous triple-directional needling with needle-warming moxibustion has better curative effect on primary trigeminal neuralgia,which is worthy of clinical application.
