摘要
目的探讨温针灸治疗门诊风寒型周围性面瘫的效果。方法选取2018年1月-2019年11月治疗的风寒性周围性面瘫患者50例,通过随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各25例,对照组接受针灸诊疗,观察组接受温针灸治疗。比较2组患者治疗前后的面神经功能量表(H-B)和面部残疾指数(FDI)评分、治疗后的疗效及治疗前后的免疫细胞水平。结果治疗前2组患者的H-B、FDI躯体和社会评分比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者的H-B和FDI社会评分低于对照组患者(P<0.05),FDI躯体评分高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者的治疗俞显率高于对照组患者(P>0.05)。治疗前2组患者的IgA、IgG、IgM水平比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者的IgA、IgG、IgM水平均低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论温针灸治疗风寒型周围性面瘫能够有效改善患者的面部神经功能,提高患者的免疫能力,达到更好的治疗效果。
Objective To analyze the effect of warm acupuncture in the treatment of wind-cold peripheral facial paralysis in outpatient department.Methods From January 2018 to November 2019,50 patients with peripheral facial palsy treated by our hospital were divided into control group and observation group by digital randomization method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received acupuncture treatment and the observation group received warm acupuncture treatment.The scores of H-B(facial nerve function scale)and FDI(facial disability index)before and after treatment,the curative effect after treatment and the immune cell level before and after treatment was compared.Results H-B,FDI physical and social scores were compared between the two groups before treatment.There was no statistical significance(P>0.05).The social scores of H-B and FDI in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of FDI body in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate in the observation group after treatment was higher than that in the control group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in IgA,IgG and IgM levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the IgA,IgG and IgM levels in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05)Conclusion Warm acupuncture in the treatment of wind-cold peripheral facial paralysis in outpatient department can effectively improve the facial nerve function and the immune ability of patients,and achieve better therapeutic effect.
