摘要 在大吨位高扬程的卷扬启闭机械中广泛使用LEBUS双折线绳槽。为了解决LEBUS绳槽的批量加工问题,综合考虑性价比,将现有一台老旧的C6031A型卧式车床改造成能够加工LEBUS绳槽的数控车床,完成了卷扬机卷筒LEBUS绳槽的加工任务。制订了纵、横向进给机构的数控化改造方案,选择了检测主轴转角的旋转编码器,增设了控制主轴转速的交流变频器,并为机床配置了数控系统。改造后的车床所加工的LEBUS折线绳槽,满足零件图样的相关要求;系统操作简单,维护方便;整个设备性价比高,具有一定的推广应用价值。 LEBUS double broken line grooves are widely used in large tonnage high-lift headstock gear winches. In order to solve the batch processing problems of LEBUS grooves,an existing old C6031A horizontal lathe is transformed into a NC lathe for processing LEBUS grooves based on cost performance. The numerical control transform project of the longitudinal and lateral feeding mechanism is presented. Rotary encoder is selected to measure the angle of the spindle,the AC frequency converter is set to control the rotating speed of the spindle,and the CNC system is installed on C6031A lathe. The LEBUS grooves machined by the transformed lathe can meet the machining requirement. The CNC system has advantage of easy operation and convenient maintenance. It has high cost performance and application value.
