摘要
针对全数控凸轮磨床进给机构进行有限元分析,并对进给机构进行改进。改进前后其刚度变化不大,零件加工质量略有改进,而进给机构的质量却大大下降,加工效率显著提高,取得了明显的效果。
By use of finite element software,we analyzed and improved the feeding mechanism of a CNC cam grinder.With a little change in the stiffness of the feeding mechanism,its weight is greatly decreased and the working efficiency is largely improved.
