摘要
针对目前钻机绞车滚筒绳槽制造存在的加工效率低、加工精度低、制造成本高等问题,对滚筒绳槽的结构特征、制造现状、加工效率、加工精度等方面进行了分析。提出以下几种改进方案:整体和塞焊模式、铣削模式、精密铸造模式、热轧模式,旨在努力探索钻机绞车滚筒绳槽制造新技术,提高钻机绞车滚筒绳槽的制造精度和效率。
In manufacturing the drum groove of the drilling winch,there currently exist such problems as low machining efficiency,low accuracy and high cost.Analyzed in this article are the structure characteristics,manufacturing status quo,machining efficiency and accuracy of the drum groove.As a result,several improvement schemes are put forward as follows:bulk and plug welding mode,milling mode,precise casting mode and hot roll mode.It aims at trying to explore new technology for manufacturing the drum groove of the drilling winch and enhance the manufacturing accuracy and efficiency.
