应用电话随访对青光眼术后出院患者进行健康教育的体会被引量：4

摘要通过对47例青光眼手术后出院患者应用电话随访方式进行分阶段健康教育,护士启发性询问问题,根据患者的回答进行个性化健康指导,同时协助患者预约挂号安排复诊。青光眼手术后出院患者采用电话随访的方式进行患者管理,能够提高患者复诊率,督促患者正确护理手术眼,建立良好的健康信念模式。
