摘要
通过采用过氧化物降温母粒提高聚丙烯的可纺性 ,添加 β晶型成核剂母粒和不相容树脂共混纺丝 ,得到具有多孔结构的改性纤维 ,并在改性纤维表面喷涂化学吸附剂的方法 ,使聚丙烯滤嘴既具有良好的物性指标 ,又对低级醛类和焦油等具有较高的过滤性能 。
The spinnability of PP was improved by peroxide concentrate. Modified polyporous PP fibers were got by β crystal form nucleating agent concentrate and incompatible resins. PP cigarette filter with good physical properties and high filterability to low grade aldehyde and tar were got by spraying chemical adsorbent on the modified PP tow. The tart sensation of the smoke of the cigarette with PP filter was alleviated obviously.
