摘要
采用广角X射线衍射,扫描电子显微镜、示差扫描量热分析等方法,对EVA/PP共混纤维的结构和性能作了初步的研究。结果表明:随着共混纤维中EVA含量的增加,丝束强力显著下降,丝束间热粘接性增强。EVA和PP以各自的结晶结构结晶,未发现形成共晶。共混纤维属于多相基体微纤结构。EVA以较粗的微纤形态存在于共混纤维中。
The structure and Property of EVA/PP fibre are studied by means of WAXD,SEM,DS-Cand other method.The result show that the tenacity and elongation at break of the fibre decrease apparently with the increasing contents of EVA and so is the heat-bondability of the fibres.The components EVA and PP crystallize seperately according to their own structure,no co-crystallization is observed,the blend fibre has a matrix-fibril multiphase structure,in which the EVA is existed as coarser fibrils.
