纳米钠基蒙脱土填充改性聚丙烯 被引量:4

Nano Na-Montmorillonite as Filler to Modify the Mechanical Properties of Polypropylene

摘要 采用熔融法把纳米钠基蒙脱土填充到聚丙烯中。研究了纳米钠基蒙脱土对聚丙烯的力学性能的影响。结果表明:添加适量的纳米钠基蒙脱土能够显著改善聚丙烯的力学性能;与纯聚丙烯相比,当纳米钠基蒙脱土含量达到3%(wt)~5%(wt)时,冲击强度能增加30%以上,断裂伸长率增加了16%以上,拉伸强度增加了27%以上,弹性模量降低了17%以上。 The nano Na-montmorillonite was filled into PP by melting method. The effects of the nano Na-montmorillonite content on the mechanical properties of PP were investigated. The results indicates that the mechanical properties of PP can be improved obviously,and in contrast with pure PP, when the nano Na-montmorillonite content reaches 3%(wt)-5%(wt), the impact strength increases by over 30%, elongation at break increases by over 16%, tensile strength increases by over 27% and modulus of elasticity decrease by over 17%.
