摘要
介绍了钢包底吹氩气系统的工艺参数,分析了孔板调节基本原理,并结合现场工况条件,制定出三段基本精炼吹氩曲线,对搅拌能进行了计算、分析,提出了合理的搅拌工艺和智能控制方法。实践表明,该智能吹氩系统不仅提高了产品质量,还降低了能耗,对同类型企业有一定的指导作用。
The process parameters of argon bottom-blowing system for steel ladle are introduced, the basic principle of orifice regulation analyzed, the basic three-steps refining argon-blowing curve worked out combining with site working condition, the stirring power calculated and analyzed and reasonable stirring process and intelligent control method offered. It is showed from practice that the system help not only improving the quality of products, but also reducing energy consumption.
