摘要
分析了铸钢生产工艺中吹氩控制难的原因,提出了控制氩气搅拌能的策略,由此得到从固定压力而控制流量的方案,并应用PCM脉冲编码技术和模糊控制理论,对钢包吹氩的流量进行智能精确地控制。该系统已在数家铸钢厂投入运行。
Problems of controlling argon flux on steel casting technical are analyzed. The tactic of controlling argon whisking energy is introduced, and the method of controlling flux under fixed pressure is obtained. Fuzzy control theory and Pulse Code Modulation are adopted to control accurately the argon flux to molten steel. The intelligent control system has been put into operation in several steel plants.
