摘要
分析了炼钢工艺中吹氩控制难的原因,提出控制氩气搅拌能的策略,进而得到固定压力而控制流量的控制方案,并应用PCM脉冲编码技术和模糊控制理论,对钢包吹氩的流量进行智能精确的控制。该系统已在数家炼钢厂投入运行。
The matter of controlling argon flux on steel-making technical is analyzed. The tactic of controlling argon whisking energy is introduced. Moreover, the scheme of controlling flux and keeping the pressure line is advanced. Fuzzy control theory and Pulse Code Modulation are adopted. Thus the argon flux for molten steel container is controlled accurately. The intelligent control system has been used by several steelworks.
