摘要
三氯杀虫酯是目前国内广泛应用的新型有机氯杀虫剂。三氯杀虫酯的急性、蓄积性及慢性毒性的研究结果为:小鼠急性LD50雄鼠为1164.5mg/kgB·W·(1076.0—1259.5mg/kgB·W·),雄鼠为3116.0mg/kgB·W·(1986.5—4888.0mg/kgB·W·)。毒性的主要表现为中枢神经系统症状,属低毒性农药,蓄积系数为9.63,具有弱蓄积性。用含三氯杀虫酯125ppm、500ppm饲料喂养小鼠10个月后,500ppm组小鼠可见肝脏肿大及较明显的组织病理学变化,肝脏脏器系数与对照组比较,差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01),肝脏125ppm组变化不明显。
This paper reported the toxicity of acetofenate, a new chlorinated insecticide. Its oral LD50 values were 1164.5mg/kg BM. in male mice, 3116.0mg/kg in female mice. Depression signs of central nervous system and irritation of gastrointestinal tract were noted in experiments of acute poisoning. The cumulative toxic test indicated that the cumulation coefficient was more than 9.36, and then it was classified to the group of weak cumulative insecticide. In the subchronic test, the mice were maintained on diets containing O, 125, 500ppm acetofenate for 10 months. Enlarged liver was observed in higher dosage group, but there were only slight changes in lower dose level.
