摘要
目的 为了延缓和克服抗性的发生和发展 ,测定抗残杀威品系淡色库蚊幼虫对常用杀虫剂的毒力以及与增效剂混用的增效效果。方法 采用WHO生物测试法 ,计算LC50 、共毒系数。结果 残杀威 +三氯杀虫酯、DDVP +三氯杀虫酯、氯氰菊酯 +残杀威各组共毒系数分别为 15 3 2 0~ 16 9 30、132 5 0~ 16 4 0 0、12 4 71~131 6 9;残杀威 +S1、残杀威 +S2、残杀威 +增效胺的增效系数分别为 3 5 0~ 4 5 5、5 0 7~ 19 2 8、1 14~ 1 95。结论 当淡色库蚊对残杀威产生抗药性后 ,应用氨基甲酸酯类或有机磷类与有机氯或拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂混用能取得较好的防治效果 ,与增效剂复配亦能有增效作用。
Objective To detect the toxicity and synergism of several common insecticide mixtures,and propoxur mixed with synergists,to propoxur-resistant Culex pipiens pallens for the purpose of delaying and overcoming the occurrence and development of resistance to insecticides.Methods WHO standard bioassay method was employed to calc ulate LC 50 and synergistic coefficients.Results The synerg istic coefficients of propoxur+acetophenate,DDVP+acetophenate,and cpermethrin+propoxur were 153.20~169.30,132.50~164.00,124.71~131.69 respectively,and those of propoxur+S1,propoxur+S2 and propoxur+Amine synergist were 3.50~4.55,5.07~19.28,1.14~1.95 respectively.Conclusion The insecticide mixtures of pyrethroids or organochloride with organophosphate or carbamate may have better efficacy against propoxu r resistant mosquitoes,and the mixed insecticide with synergist may also provide better efficacy.
