摘要
目的 为调查现场致乏库蚊对敌敌畏等 6种常用杀虫剂的抗性动态 ,以制订适宜的防治对策和相应的措施 ,指导灭蚊工作的深入开展。方法 药液浸渍法 (WHO推荐方法 ) ,测定Ⅳ龄期幼虫半数致死浓度。结果 现场致乏库蚊对敌敌畏、巴沙、三氯杀虫酯、氯菊酯、溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯等 6种常用杀虫剂的抗性倍数依次为 :3.5 8,2 .78,1.2 0 ,4 .4 3,7.5 8,2 .2 4。结论 现场致乏库蚊对 6种常用杀虫剂均产生了不同程度的抗性 ,尤其是溴氰菊酯和氯菊酯为最高。
Objective To investigate the resistance of Culex pipiens quinquefasiatus to six differ ent kinds of insecticides and make corresponding control statics. Meth ods Soaking test-larva soaking in insecticide solution (recommended by WHO) was used in the experiment to test medium lethal concentration of the larva of the fourth instar. Results The resistance times of Culex pipiens quinquefasiatus to s ix kinds of commercial insecticides, Dic hlorphos, Bassa, Acetofenate, Permethr in, Deltamethrin, high effect cypermethrin in different city on spot test were s howed as following:3.58, 2.78, 1.20, 4.43, 7.58,2.24.Conclusion The present experiment showed that the Culex pipie ns quinquefasiatus had resistance to six different kinds of insecticides, and especially had more resistance to Permethrin and Deltamethrin.
