摘要
研究了在 18t钢包中采用喷粉方法生产的钙系与钙硫系易切削钢中非金属夹杂物对切削性能的影响。试验结果表明 :以 2 0 0 m/ m in的速度切削 Y40 Cr Ca钢时 ,刀具寿命比切削 40 Cr钢时高 6~ 10倍 ;以 16 0 m/ m in的速度切削 Y40 Cr Ca S钢时 ,刀具寿命比切削 40 Cr钢时高 2 0倍。经能谱仪查明在刀具后面形成保护薄膜 。
The effects of non metallic inclusions on the machining properties of Ca and Ca S free machining steels, which were made in 18 t ladle by means of powder injection, were presented. The service life of tools cutting Y40CrCa steel is 6—10 times higher than that of cutting 40Cr steel at machining speed of 200 m/min. The service life of tools cutting Y40CrCaS steel is 20 times higher than that of cutting 40Cr steel at machining speed of 160 m/min. The improvement in service life is contributed to form the protecting film on the surface of cutting tool, based on the observation of energy spectrum.
