摘要
介绍了国内中间包和结晶器喂丝技术的发展现状;分析了该技术的特点和存在的问题,即此项技术能显著提高金属收得率,可不同程度避免水口堵塞和结瘤,为精确调整钢液成分提供一种新方法,但其可能会影响中间包覆盖剂和保护渣使用性能。建议尽快采用措施进一步改进和完善这2项技术。
Development of feeding wire into tundish and mould in China is introduced and advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. Adopting this technology the yield of metal can be improved and jam and tumor of shroud can be avoided. But it can affect the performance of covering flux and slag, which is to be further improved.
