摘要
高风险与高收益并存 ,是以高技术成果转化活动为载体的风险投资的基本特征。本文在对风险投资风险类型分析的基础上 ,简要论述了风险投资风险分担的必要性与可能性 ,提出了在风险资本来源上、合伙者之间、投资者之间、项目之间、风险企业之间分担风险 ,从而建立风险投资的风险分担机制。
High risk and high return,side by side,are the two basical characteristics of the venture capital which is in the medium of the high technology achievement transformations.Based on the analysis of the venture types of the capital,this paper briefly discusses the necessity and possibility of venture capital and venture share.It suggests to share ventures between the venture capital resources and the partners,and among the investors,the items,and the venture enterprises,thus to set up the venture share mechanism of ventuer capital.Lastly,the paper expounds the relation between the science and technology insurance and the venture capital.
