摘要
本文对我国科技型中小企业技术创新基金成立10多年来项目设置方式进行系统研究,指出其存在的问题,借鉴美国、英国等国相关计划对科技型中小企业创新活动的支持方式,对改进我国科技型中小企业技术创新基金项目设置提出几点建议。
This article conductes a research on the project setting of Innovation Found for Technology-Based Medium and Small Enter-prises in China and puts forward some existing problems. Learning from the experiences of United States, Britain and other developed countries on how to support and develop the technology innovation in small and medium enterprises, gave some suggestions on improving the project setting of China＇s Innovation Found for Technology-Based Medium and Small Enterprises.
