20 0 1年 1~ 2月、9月对采于重庆北碚的中华蟾蜍皮肤进行了显微观察 ,结果表明 :体表不同部位皮肤的厚薄不一 ,但基本结构相同 ,由表皮和真皮组成。表皮比真皮薄 ,分为角质层、颗粒层、棘细胞层和生发层 ,真皮分为疏松层、筛层和致密层。疏松层内有大量腺体分布 ,主要是粘液腺和毒腺。粘液腺在表层分布多 ,并与毒腺相间排列。两种腺体在形态结构和分泌物性质上有差别 ,其周围有丰富的毛细血管。色素细胞在表皮之下形成色素层 ,呈不规则分支状或块状。皮下组织发达 ,有大的淋巴腔隙。
Microscopic examination was made of the skin of Bufo gargarizans . The skin at different position of the body, which consisted of epidermis and dermis, was different in thickness but similar in structure. The epidermis was found to be made of stratum corneum, stratum granusum, stratum spinosum and stratum germinativum; while the dermis was made up of stratum spongiosum, sieve layer and stratum compactum. The stratum spongiosum abounded in glands, which were of two types: mucus gland and venomous gland. The two exocrine glands were significantly different in their morphology, structure and properties of secretion. The chromatophores layer was found to lie beneath the epidermis and was irregular in shape. Their hypodermis was well-developed. The evolution of the epidermis in the vertebral animals and the adaptation of the skin to environment in B. gargarizans are discussed.
