摘要
本文报导了商城肥鲵（ｐａｃｈｙｈｙｎｏｂｉｕｓｓｈａｎｇｃｈｅｎｇｅｎｓｉｓ）皮肤的显微结构和特点，皮肤的基本结构与其他有尾两栖类相似。文中重点对唇褶、体背、尾，腹等部位皮肤特点进行了描述。不同部位皮肤厚度有一定差异，颗粒腺和粘液腺的分布有明显的规律。颗粒腺以体背部、尾背部和耳区较密集。尾背部颗粒腺极发达，腺体特别大而多。粘液腺分布广，遍布全身皮肤中。不同部位两种腺体密度有一定差异。皮肤中微血管丰富。有皮下淋巴囊。
This article reports the microstructure and the character of skin onP.shangchengensis,The basic structure of skin is similar to other urodels.The mierostructural featuresof skin near lip fold、dorsum、tail and venteral etc.are specially described here.The skin′s thicknessof different parts is different.The distribution of granular and mucous glands are regular.Granularglands are more concentrated on the dorsum of the body, the dorsum of the tail and ear field.Largergranular glands are quite developed on the dorsum of the tail with large quantity.Mucous glands widlyspread over the body.On different parts, the density of two kinds of glands are different.Capillary ves-sel is abundent in skin. There is lymph sinu beneath the skin.
