粘蛋白在胆囊腺瘤样息肉中的表达及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的 研究 4种粘蛋白在胆囊腺瘤样息肉中的表达规律并探讨其意义。方法 采用粘蛋白 1(Mucin1,MUC1)、粘蛋白 2(MUC2 )、粘蛋白 3 (MUC3 )及粘蛋白 5AC(MUC5AC)的单克隆抗体 ,应用免疫组化和Westernblot检测对照组胆囊 2 4例 ,胆囊腺瘤样息肉19例。结果 MUC1、MUC2及MUC5AC免疫组化及Westernblot表达在胆囊腺瘤样息肉组较对照组显著增高 (P <0 .0 1) ,而MUC3在腺瘤样息肉组较对照组显著降低 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 粘蛋白在胆囊腺瘤样息肉中呈现非同步表达 ,可能与其属癌前病变有关。 Objective To study the regular rules of mucins expression in cholecystic adenomatoid polyps and investigate its relationship with precancerous lesions. Methods Mucin1 (MUC1), Mucin2 (MUC2), Mucin3 (MUC3) and Mucin5AC (MUC5AC) were detected in the mucosa of 24 human normal gallbladders, and 19 gallbladders with adenousmatoid polyps with immunohistochemical and Western blotting methods. Results The positive rates by immunohistochemistry and optical density values (ODU) from Western blotting of MUC1, MUC2 and MUC5AC were increased significantly ( P <0.01), but, MUC3 was decreased markedly ( P <0.01) in the polyps group vs control. Conclusion The expressions of mucin are not consistent with adenomatoid polyps of gallbladder. Mucin may be associated with precancerous lesions in the cholecyst.
