摘要 胆固醇逆转运是机体排除过多胆固醇的唯一途径,对维持生物体胆固醇代谢稳态有着重大意义。ATP结合盒转运体A1(ABCA1)和ATP结合盒转运体G1(ABCG1)是ATP结合盒转运体家族中的一员,它们通过不同的机制在胆固醇逆转运中起着重要作用。关于ABCA1和ABCG1研究很多,而对于两者在胆固醇逆转运中的联合作用的文献较少。本文就国外ABCA1和ABCG1在胆固醇逆转运中的研究进展进行综述。 Reverse cholesterol transport is the only way to remove excessive cholesterol from organism, and has a great significance in maintaining stable cholesterol metabolism in human body. ATP-binding cassette transporter A1 and ATP-binding cassette transporter G1, as the members of ATP-binding cassette transporter family, play an important role in promoting reverse cholesterol transport through different mechanisms. Abundant researches are concerned with the study of ABCA1 and ABCG1, but very few focuses on their combined function. This thesis is a review about the recent domestic and foreign advances in the role of ABCA1 and ABCG1 in reverse cholesterol transport.
