凝血酶神经毒性作用研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 凝血酶是一种多功能的丝氨酸蛋白酶,除参与凝血级联反应外,还参与一系列受体介导的过程。近年来,凝血酶的神经毒性日益受到人们的重视,高浓度的凝血酶可引起脑水肿、炎症反应、细胞凋亡、癫痫发作等,但具体机制尚未阐明。本文就近年来的相关研究进展进行综述。
