摘要
目的 探讨国产奎的平对精神分裂症的疗效和副反应。方法 126例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,分别应用奎的平和氯丙嗪治疗。采用PANSS量表和TESS量表评定疗效和副反应。结果 平行对照中,用药第2周时,氯丙嗪组的PANSS量表评分显著低于奎的平组,此后差异无显著意义;在副反应方面,TESS量表评分,氯丙嗪组在用药后的第2周末与奎的平组差异显著(P<0.01);两药在研究末TESS总评分无显著差异。结论 奎的平的疗效与氯丙嗪相仿,安全性较高。
Objective To study the efficacy and side effects of quetiapine in the treatment of schizophrenia.Method 126 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups. The efficacy and side effects were measured with PANSS and TESS. Results There were no significant differences between the scores of PANSS in the two groups except second week ( P < 0.01) during the whole study process. The scores of TESS in two groups were similar except the second week ( P < 0.01) . Conclusion The efficacy of quetiapine is similar to that of chlorpromazine in the treatment of schizoprenia, but former has fewer side effects.
