摘要
目的 :探讨奎硫平治疗精神病性抑郁症的临床效果。方法 :78例精神病性抑郁症病人随机分成奎硫平组与舒必利组。两组从治疗效果、副反应、服药依顺性、复发率、认知功能等方面进行对照。结果 :奎硫平的治疗效果优于舒必利 ,复发率更低、服药依顺性更好 ,能改善认知功能。结论
Objective:To study the effect of quetiapine on Psychotic depression.Methods:Seventy eight patients with psychotic depression were randomly assigned to be treated with either quetiapine or sulpiride.The two groups were compared with each other in curative effect,side response,compliance,recurrent rate and cognitive function.Results:Patients in quetiapine group showed a significant better effect with a lower recurrent rate, better compliance, improved social functioning and cognitive unction.Conclusino:Quetiapine may be the first selection to treat psychoitic depression.
