广东省东江流域泌尿系结石化学成份分析 被引量:18

摘要 目的 了解近年来广东省东江流域泌尿系结石的主要化学成份并探讨其防治方法。方法 对随机抽样的 3 0例结石样本用点滴法进行定性分析 ,然后用滴定法和比色法对各离子的含量进行定量测定。结果 东江流域泌尿系结石以草酸盐结石为主 ,占 70 % ;其次为尿酸结石 ,占 2 0 % ;磷酸盐结石约占 10 %。 10 %的结石中还含有少量胱氨酸。结论 草酸盐、尿酸盐和磷酸盐构成了广东省东江流域泌尿系结石的主要成份。 Objective To analyze the chemical constituents and to seek for methods in prevention and treatment of urinary stones in Dongjiang River valley of Guangdong province. Methods Qualitative and quantitative analyses were carried out on 30 random samples. The amounts of constituents in urinary stones were determined by titration and colorimetric methods.Results Calcium oxalate stones, accounted for 70%, was the main composition of urinary stones in Dongjiang River valley of Guangdong province; followed by uric acid stones accounted for 20%; phosphate stones for 10%. 10% of samples contained cystine.Conclusion Calcium oxalate, uric acid, and phosphate are the main constituents of urinary stones in Dongjiang River valley in Guangdong province. The increased incidence of uric acid stones is due to increase in dietary proteins.
