摘要
丙烯酸与正丁醇在金属盐类磺酸树脂的作用下合成丙烯酸正丁酯 ,收率可达到 98.1 % ,采用减压蒸馏能得到纯度为 99%以上的产品。探讨了各种因素对产品收率的影响 。
Synthesis of n-butyl acrylate with acrylic acid and n-butyl alcohol in the presence of a novel solid catalyst was studied. The yield can reach 98.1%. Through reduced pressure distillation the purity of product may exceed 99%. The factors effecting the yield of the product and the optimum reaction conditions were discussed.
