摘要
以芳香酮为原料,强酸性阳离子交换树脂为催化剂,经肟化和Beckmann重排反应制备酰胺.经过条件优化选择,得到重排反应的工艺为:以酮肟为原料,加入同等质量的(732)强酸性苯乙烯离子交换树脂为催化剂,乙腈为溶剂,回流3 h,就能以良好的收率(86%~91%)得到相应的酰胺.树脂经循环使用三次仍能保持较高的催化活性.该方法具有环境友好、操作简便、收率良好的特点,符合当前“绿色化学”的要求.
Oximes from aromatic ketones were converted to the corresponding amides via Beckmann rearrangement in the presence of strongly acidic cationic exchange resin.After the screening of the reaction conditions,the ketoximeswere rearranged to the corresponding amides in good to excellent yield catalyzed by equivalent(732)strongly acidic styrene ion exchange resin under refluxing acetonitrile for 3 h.The resin can be recovered and recycled for 3 times without obvious decrease of the activity.This protocol is characterized by environment-friendliness,simple operation and good yield,which is in consistent with“green chemistry”.
