摘要
分别考察了在甲苯、环己烷、四氯化碳、三氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯、四氢呋喃、二口恶烷和丙酮中磺酸树脂D-72催化α-蒎烯异构化的活性和选择性.发现溶剂对D-72的催化性能有很大的影响,极性溶剂能提高催化活性.动力学研究表明,α-蒎烯在D-72上的异构化服从一级反应模型,并经最小二乘法处理数据,用甲苯或二口恶烷作溶剂时的反应活化能分别为74.35kJ/mol和47.14kJ/mol。
The isomerization of α pinene catalyzed by D 72 sulfonic resin occur in different solvents such as toluene,cyclohexane,carbon tetrachloride,methenyl chloride,ethyl acetate,tetrahydrofuran,dioxane and acetone.It is found that solvents have strong effect on the catalysis properties of D 72 and polar solvents can increase the activity.The isomerization kineties of α pinene on D 72 is in keeping with first order reaction model.By least square linear regression,it was measured that the activation energy of the isomerization of α pinene in toluene is 74.35 kJ/mol,and in dioxane is 47.14 kJ/mol -1 ,these results reveal that solvents possess strong action to change the strength of acidic center.
