摘要
本文提出了采用谷粒酚反应快速鉴定籼粳稻的方法,指出稻谷、糙米、胚乳、谷壳对酚反应的一致性,并详细阐述了影响酚反应的各种因素、酚反应机理及适用范围。
The method of identifying indica-japonica rice quickly,using the
grain reaction to phenol,is suggested in this paper.The results showed
that there is consistent reaction in grain,brown rice endosperm and
hull to the phenol.In addition,the factors affecting the phenol
reaction,the mechanism of phenol reaction and its suitable range of
application are also detailed.
