摘要
本文根据像差理论,叙述了非球面扩束器的设计方法。带有高次曲面的扩束器物镜能对大相对孔径的透镜校正像差.通过具体的实例,阐明了相对孔径加大,物镜的高次项增加,目镜结构复杂化,筒长同时可以大大减小。
Based on aberration theory, a way of designing beam expander with aspheric surface is introduced. Objective lens of beam expander with a high-order curved surface can correct aberration for a deep relative aperture lens. The tendency is that larger relative aperture, higher the high-order term of objective lens, more complicated the configuration of eyepiece and shorter the length of canister, An example is given here with good accordance to calculation.
