摘要
根据三级像差理论 ,详细描述了大口径非球面哈特曼 (Hartmann)扩束器的设计方法 .为了校正大相对孔径透镜产生的像差 ,在扩束器的物镜中引用了高次非球面 ,并通过具体的实例 ,分析了当相对孔径变化时 。
Based on the third-order aberrations theory,the design method of Hartmann beam expander with large relative aperture and aspheric surface is detailed in the paper.To correct aberrations of lens with large relative aperture,aspheric surface is used in the objective.When the relative aperture changes,relations between aspheric coefficient and aberrations characteristics of the system are analyzed through some examples.
