摘要
针对大口径大相对孔径凹非球面反射镜加工检验困难的问题,提出了凹非球面的零位补偿检验方案。基于三级像差理论和单透镜的PW关系式,对双片式结构和三片式结构的补偿器的初始结构求解进行了理论推导。对多组初始补偿系统的像差特性进行分析和结构选型,利用光学设计软件对其进行像差平衡,能高效得到理想的优化结果。给出了一个口径为500mm、相对孔径为1/1.2的凹非球面的补偿器的整个设计过程,设计结果优良。
To resolve the problem of testing concave aspheric reflector with Large alamo large relative aperture, the null compensating test is put forward. Based on the third-order aberration theory and PW expression of singlet, the pre-design equations of two-lens and threelens compensators are deduced. By analyzing the aberration feature and optical structure of every pre-design compensator,the best one is picked out which is optimized by optical design software and a perfect result is gained. Design of a null compensator to a concave aspheric reflector with diameter of 500mm and relative aperture of 1/1.2 is given. The result is fine.
