摘要
目的 检测甲状腺肿瘤组织中CyclinE和PCNA的表达 ,探讨CyclinE与肿瘤发生及恶性程度的关系。方法 利用免疫组织化学技术分析 17例甲状腺腺瘤、43例甲状腺癌及 19例瘤旁“正常”组织中的CyclinE及PCNA的表达。结果 CyclinE及PCNA在“正常”组织与甲状腺腺瘤组织中表达无显著性差异 ;CyclinE及PCNA在甲状腺癌中的表达显著高于“正常”组织和甲状腺腺瘤组织 ,且随肿瘤恶性程度的增加而增加 ;CyclinE和PCNA的表达在“正常”组织、甲状腺腺瘤和甲状腺癌组织中均呈正相关。结论 CyclinE的表达可以作为诊断甲状腺癌及预测肿瘤恶性程度的指标。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of cyclin E and PCNA proteins and the genesis and degrees of malignant tumors by detecting the expression of cyclin E protein in thyroid tumor tissues. Methods The expression of cyclin E and PCNA proteins was examined by means of immunohistochemical technology in 17 cases of thyroid adenoma, 43 cases of thyroid carcinoma and 19 samples of matched 'normal' tissues.Results ① There was no significant difference in the expression of cyclin E or PCNA proteins in adenoma and in matched 'normal' tissues.② The expression of cyclin E or PCNA proteins in thyroid carcinoma was significantly higher than that in adenoma or matched 'normal' tissues, and increased significantly with the degrees of malignant tumors. ③ The expression of cyclin E protein had a highly positive correlation with that of PCNA in all the examined tissues. Conclusion These results suggest that cyclin E can be a new marker for the diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma and the malignant degrees of tumors.
