摘要
研究了水热法合成无铝Ni β沸石的方法 ,讨论了合成条件对无铝Ni β沸石晶化的影响 ,得出适宜的初始凝胶组成为n(SiO2 )∶n(NiO)∶n(Na2 O)∶n[(TEA) 2 O]∶n(H2 O) =60∶(1～ 3)∶(1 5～ 4 5)∶(1 1～ 1 3)∶(90 0～ 1 2 0 0 )。通过化学分析、XRD、IR和ICP测定了样品的化学组成并对其结构进行了表征 ,结果表明所合成的Ni β沸石晶粒均匀 ,Ni进入了沸石骨架。
Ni β zeolite was prepared under hydrothermal conditions,and influences of synthetic conditions on the crystallization of Ni β zeolite were studied.The optimal chemical composition of initial gel was n (SiO 2)∶ n (NiO)∶ n (Na 2O)∶ n [(TEA) 2O] ∶ n (H 2O)=60∶(1-3)∶(1 5-4 5)∶(11-13)∶(900-1 200).Ni content and structural characterization of products were characterized by using ICP,X ray diffraction and IR spectra.Results show that synthetic particle sizes of Ni β zeolites are well distributeded with Ni into the zeolite framework.
