摘要 利用水热法合成了MCM-48介孔分子筛,通过IR,TG-DTA,XRD,TEM,N2吸附等方法对产物进行了表征,并系统地研究了晶化温度、晶化时间。 Mesoporous molecular sieve MCM 48 was prepared hydrothermally with CTAB, NaOH, TEOS as source materials. Characterization results obtained from the determination of XRD, TEM, N 2 adsorption, IR spectra and TG DTA show that the products possess similar structure properties as those reported in literatures. Various synthesis parameters, including crystallization time, crystallization temperature and starting gel composition, have been studied. It was found that the crystallization temperature of 373 K was preferable, lower temperature leading to weak crystallinity, higher temperature leading to amorphous material. Crystallization time of 3 d was found suitable for MCM 48 formation, shorter time resulting in a low crystallinity. The influence of composition features such as n (H 2O)/ n (SiO 2) and n (CTAB)/ n (SiO 2) on the product was studied.
