摘要
介孔分子筛膜的制备在理论上有着极其重要的意义,尤其MCM-48分子筛膜可望在混合液的分离精制中发挥巨大作用。利用水热晶化法以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)、NaOH、水、正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为原料在二氧化硅玻璃片上合成出MCM-48分子筛膜。系统考察了溶胶浓度、晶化时间、晶化温度等因素对成膜的影响。结果表明,在一定的凝胶组成范围内,欲合成出理想的MCM-48分子筛膜,基片表面必须处理得当,晶化时间、晶化温度无法不宜作太大变动。结合样品的IR、XRD谱图,确定了MCM-48膜的最佳制备条件:时间为2d,温度为373K,配比为n(H2O):n(CTAB):n(Na2O):n(SiO2)=1780:16.9:7.1:30.1。
The preparation of mesoporous molecular sieve film plays important role in theory, especially molecular sieve MCM-48 is probably going to play an important role in separating and refining of mixture solution. MCM-48 was prepared hydrothermally with CTAB NaON, H 2O, TEOS as source materials on SiO 2 sheet glass. Many influential factors in forming film, such as gel concentration, crystallzation time, crystallzation temperature have been systematically studied. The results show that the surface of base sheet must be treated properly, and crystallization time and crystallization temperature were not changed greatly. To synthesize the ideal MCM-48 in certain range of gel composition, IR, XRD spectrums of samples are used. The best preparation conditions of MCM-48 film are: time 2 d; temperature 373 K; proportion: n (H 2O): n (CTAB): n (Na 2O): n (SiO 2)=1 780:16.9:7.1:30.1.
