摘要
由己二酸、己二醇和苯二甲酸磺酸钠缩聚 ,制得相对分子质量 182 5的聚酯多元醇。将自制的聚酯多元醇与异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯以及二羟甲基丙酸等单体在无溶剂的情况下进行预聚 ,最后将预聚体直接分散于水中 ,再经乙二胺扩链 ,制得高相对分子质量、高结晶性的水基聚氨酯。用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、示差扫描量热以及宽角X射线衍射等手段对聚酯多元醇和聚氨酯进行了表征。
Polyol having a molecular weight of 1825 was prepared with the reaction of 5-Sulfoisophthalic acid monosodium salt,adipic acid and 1,6-dexanediol.A prepolymer was prepared by reacting the obtained polyol with isophorone diisocyanate,1,4-butanediol and 2,2-dimethylolpropionic acid.The prepolymer was dispersed under vigorous agitation by adding water and extended by adding ethylenediamine.Finally the waterbased polyurethane having high molecular weight and white paste-like was obtained.The obtained polyol and polyurethane were characterized by means of IR spectra, 1H NMR spectra,DSC and WAXD.
