摘要
综述了阴离子型水性聚氨酯亲水基团的研究状况。亲水基团的引入方式有多种,可以通过小分子扩链剂引入,也可通过含有离子基团的聚酯或聚醚引入,或在水性聚氨酯的分子结构中同时引入磺酸盐和羧酸亲水基团,形成混合内乳化剂,可提高水性聚氨酯的耐水性和其他物理性能,降低溶剂的使用量。
Research progress of hydrophilic groups of anionic aqueous p-olyurethane was summarized. There were various ways to incorporate the hy-drophilic groups into polyurethane macromolecules, one of which was using small molec- ular chain extender, and another was using polyester or polyols or both of them. In addition, sulfonate groups and carboxylic acidic groups may also be introduced simultaneously in the molecular structure of pol-yurethane, forming a mixed internal e- mulsifier, which can improve the water-resistance and other physical-chemical properties of WPU and reduced the cont-ent of solvent.
