摘要
以含羧基聚己内酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、N 甲基吡咯烷酮 (NMP)及共溶剂为原料合成聚氨酯溶液 ,对聚氨酯溶液在加水乳化过程中电导率及粘度的变化进行了测量 ,研究聚氨酯溶液在乳化过程的相反转机理。实验数据显示 :以乙酸乙酯 (EAc)、甲乙酮 (MEK)或丙酮 (AT)为共溶剂的聚氨酯 ,乳化行为不同。溶剂的极性对聚氨酯溶液的乳化难易程度有一定的影响 。
Several polyurethane organic solutions based on isophorone diisocyanate, carboxyl-contained polycaprolactone diol, N-methyl pyrrolidone and the co-solvent was synthesized. The conductivity and the viscosity of the polyurethane with soft segment containing carboxyl during adding of water were measured, so the phase inversion mechanisms of the polyurethanes with different co-solvent in the emulsification were investigated. The results show that, when the co-solvent is ethyl acetate, methylethylketone or acetone, the emulsification behavior is different. The polarity of the solvent has some effect on the emulsification degree, the polyurethane solution with methylethylketone or acetone as co-solvent emulsified more easily and entirely than ethyl acetate as co-solvent.
