摘要
通过大群体“阿勃”单体自交后代,选择缺体植株,并连续多代大量镜检选株自交,获得了18个(1A、1B、1D、2A、2D、3A、3B、3D、4A、4D、5A、5B、5D、6A、6B、6D、7A和7B)“阿勃”小麦稳定自交结实缺体系。这些缺体系经过3-7代自交,平均结实率31.24%,用“中国春”双端体系分别进行测交证明均为正确系;试验结果还表明:“阿勃”缺体大多数系与“中国春”相应缺体系的形态特征基本吻合,同一部分同源群三个缺体系间(例如1A、1B、1D)或多或少存在相同之处。但是,“阿勃”缺体系还有自身的特点,尤其是育性和生活力明显优于“中国春”缺体;“阿勃”缺体的细胞学行为与理论基本相符,核型为2n=40=20”,但有少数缺体系,部分或大部分细胞表现减数分裂不规则性。
By selecting nullisomic plants and continuous selfing,eighteen stable self-fertilernullisomic lines (NL) (1A,1B,1D,2A,2D,3A,3B,3D,4A,4D,5A,5B,5D,6A,6B,6D,7A and 7B)Were obtained from monosomics selfed in largepopulations of the common wheat cultivar “Abbondanza” The selfing generationsare from three to seven and the average seed setting is 31.24%.The results oftest-crossing with corresponding ditelosomics of Chinese Spring confirmed that the re-sulted NL were correct.And the experiment indicated that,the phenotypes of mostNLs of “Abbondanza” were similar to those of corresponding NLs of ChineseSpring.There were some advantages in NLs of “Abbondanza”,particularly,the fer-tilities and vigors of NLs of “Abbondanza” were higher than those of ChineseSpring.The cytological behaviors of the NLs agreed with the theory,the Karyotypesare 2n=20″=40,but there were unusual chromosome behaviors in the some or mostcells of a few NLs.
