正确预测图书文献经费可指导图书经费的使用。本文利用灰色系统理论建预测模型 ,预测未来四年我院图书、期刊经费 ,并对预测结果进行分析和评价 ,结果表明 :该方法有一定实用性和科学性 ;
This paper utilizes the gray system theories to set up a predict model, and predicts the budget of books and periodical in a university in the future four years, and the result is analysed and evaluated. The method contains certain function with science and utilization, but the estimat should notice scope and accuracy of the model's application.
