摘要
应用离散颗粒模型对大颗粒气固两相流化床系统进行了仿真研究 ,在完全流态化条件下对压力波动现象进行数值模拟。结果表明 ,压力波动的范围和频率与流化床内两相运动状态密切相关。随着床内颗粒相湍动的加剧 ,压力波动不断加剧 ,床内压降随表观气流速度的增加略有减少。
The pressure fluctuation at fully fluidization state in a gas solid coarse particle fluidized bed was simulated using the discrete particle method. It was found that the pressure fluctuation was closely related to the gas solid two phases flow. As the superficial gas velocity increasing, the pressure fluctuation was intensified and the pressure drop slightly decreased. The simulation of pressure fluctuation in a gas solid coarse particle fluidized bed will give the basic understanding for stable operation of fluidized bed.
