摘要
散装水泥运输车性能的评价标准有两个,第一是卸料时间,第二是剩余率。两个标准都是建立在水泥罐内水泥良好的流化的前提下进行的。布风板上的进气速度是能否很好流化的关键因素之一。针对某一特定水泥罐车。基于fluent软件,采用双欧拉模型进行分析,在进气速度大于临界流化速度的前提下,分别以0.1m/s、0.3m/s、0.5m/s、0.7m/s、1m/s、作为特征速度,观察验证空气速度对流化效果的影响,结果表明进气速度选择为0.5m/s较为适合,此时流化过程平稳,不易形成空气短路,底部排空区域较小且流化效率较高。
There are two performance of standards to evaluate bulk cement truck,the first is discharging time,the second is the residual rote.The two standards are based on the premise of cement tank cement good fluidization.One of the key factors of whether it can be very good fluidized is the inlet velocity of grid plate.For a particular cement tank car,based on fluent software,it adopts double eulerian model to carry on the analysis,under the intake speed that is greater than the critical fluidization velocity,under the precondition of respectively by 0.1m/s,0.5in/s,1m/s,2m/s as characteristic velocity,observation validation air speed convection change effect,and the results show that the proper air intake speed is 0.5m/s relatively,at the time the fluidization process is smooth,which is not easy to form the air short circuit,and the bottom emptying area is lesser and fluidized efficiency is higher.
