摘要
流化床广泛应用在各种颗粒食品加工中,具有生产效率高、结构变化多样等多方面的优点。在流化床的组成部件中,气体分布板是在整个流态化操作中最为重要的部件,起到了支撑物料与均匀分布气体的作用。该文较为全面的研究了在流化大颗粒的应用中,传统类型分布板根据实际的功能需求在近年来研究中的改进与应用,以及新型分布板的创新点与应用范围,为气体分布板的应用提供参考。
Fluidized bed is widely used in the processing of various granular foods,and has the advantages of high production efficiency and varied structure,etc.In the composition of the fluidized bed,the gas distributor is the most important component in the entire fluidization operation,which functions to support the material and uniformly distribute the gas.In this study,the improvement and application of the traditional distributors based on the actual functional requirements in recent years were comprehensively studied in application of large fluidized particles,and the innovation and application scope of the new type of distributor were also studied,which can provide reference for the application of gas distributor.
